I am a new immigrant from Hong Kong last year, facing lots of difficulties when coming to Wales at first. After settle down myself, I want to voice out for ethnic minority and help new comers to integrate in the community through this programme. 
 
Through the programme I improved my communication skill, massive increased the understanding different level of the government with the knowledge of how decisions get made in Wales.  
 
I highly recommend the programme to others. EPEV is a programme to expand the networks and a good path for increasing the impact in public or political life. The programme provide sessions in difference that can let you know more ways to enter high influencing position.
