EPEV 2025/26 Launch  

We’re pleased to announce the Equal Power Equal Voice programme for 2025/26 has officially launched. Congratulations and welcome / Llongyfarchiadau a chroeso to the newest cohort!

EPEV’s Purpose

Since its establishment in 2021, EPEV continues its mission with the launch of the 2025/26 mentoring programme. 

By strengthening the knowledge, skills, and confidence of our newest mentees, the programme empowers those who aspire to be part of public and political life to take their place in shaping a more diverse and inclusive Wales. 

Launch Event Highlights

The online launch event in August featured a warm welcome from Jane Hutt MS and EPEV staff.

We also heard from past mentees, who shared inspiring reflections on their journey, experiences, and achievements since completing the programme.

Looking Ahead

This is the start of an exciting and fulfilling journey for the 2025/26 mentees.

As they receive ongoing support from the EPEV team, we hope our mentees will build skills, confidence, and presence in decision making spaces.
